The first recipe that I would like to share with you is very easy to do and it really taste delicious. As soon as you try this one, you will feel like you are in a heaven. I call this Blueberry Pineapple Fat Burning Smoothie, because those are the main two ingredients that makes this recipe special.
As you probably know, blueberries contain antioxidants that help our bodies to fight oxidative stress we have from all the polution we have in our modern society and that antioxidants also help to clean the body and burn fat.
The other one is Pineapple and what is so special about this is that it contains some compaund that is called “Bromelin”, which in numerous studies was shown to promote fat burning.
Personally, this one smoothie recipe is my favorite and I really have my Ninja blender to make this one almost every other day and preferably for my breakfast to help me to start my day right.
So let’s try it, shall we?
½ cup frozen blueberries
¼ cup unsweetened yogurt
1 slice pineapple
¼ cup iced green tea
1 handful ice cubes
1. Mix together fruit and yogurt in blender
2. Toss in green tea and ice
3. Mix until smooth
You see, it takes just couple minutes to prepare and then you are ready to benefit from this awesome smoothie drink. Enjoy!
